Tariff
We have a choice of double, twin and family rooms.
Prices start from £64.00 per room (doubles and twins) and family rooms starting from £74.00. This includes a full English breakfast.
Prices vary according to length of stay and the season.
Discounts are available for stays of 3 or more nights

Notes
- Single occupancy rooms are dependant on availability
- All rooms have en suite facilities
- Cot and bedding: £12.00 per night. (Child in own travel cot or sharing parents bed, free of charge)
- Well behaved dogs are welcome by prior arangement at no extra charge.
- We accept Visa, Access, Mastercard, Delta and Switch cards
- We are a non smoking establishment.

Reservations – Deposits
To make a reservation, a 10% deposit by cheque or credit card (min £25.00) per room is required.
Please make cheques payable to `Britmead House Ltd'.
Cancellations
In the event of cancellation with less than 3 days from arrival, the full rate of the booking may be charged if we are unable to re-let the room.
Arrivals – Departures
Your room will be available for occupation from 3pm unless otherwise arranged.
Check out time is 10:30am.
